So I'm getting complaints about not blogging enough. I've been a busy girl trying to get a new job. Work is tough right now, I'm working on low moral and its seriouly effecting how I work with the kids and I feel so bad about it. It may be because the other staff has low moral as well, but it shouldn't effect my mood.
So I have my first nanny job interview tomorrow at 6pm, so pray for me lots. I also had a call back to set up an interview for a job at a watch store. I would have to sell them and learn how to fix them. I think its so funny because I don't even wear a watch....if I get the job I'll have to get one.
It was Ryan's real birthday yesterday. We had a fun time at his parents house. I say real birthday because I threw him a suprise birthday party on the 3rd, although it wasn't really a big surprise because he knew there was a party, he just thought it was mine.
So nothing else is new....other than the fact I have new clothes. My family went together to get me a $100 gift certificate to Reitmens....that was AWESOME!! I bought 2 pairs of pants, earrings and a necklace and I still have enough money to get a nice shirt. Not that its really that interesting to you, its just something that made me happy this week....wow I really needed pants.
Ok, I need someone to whip me into shape about my reading. I have 3 books I need to read and I'm a 1 book at a time reader. I get so overwelmed about it that I just don't read at all. Thats another reason I want that nanny job, I would take care of one baby boy so he would have to nap for a few hours a day and I could get reading done.
Anywhoo, I'm done for now. Hopefully I'll blog a little more often so I don't have to write such a big one at one time. Thanx for reading!!

Yay for job interviews! That's so funny you got a call back for the watch sales/repair job. I'm glad you're starting to get some response, anyway. See? Sending all those resumes wasn't completely worthless.
I hope and pray you get the nanny job. I think you would be much better suited to that than the whole day care thing. Might help you to enjoy kids more again.
Also, yay for new pants. Always a good thing to have pants. Nobody wants to walk around nekkid in the middle of a Manitoba winter. :P
Thanks for the post! New clothes are always fun. As for the books, sometimes, all you need to read are the opening and summary paragraphs for each chapter. You also need to learn how to speed read.
Oooooh. That last post sounds like I'm giving you one more thing you have to do (learn how to speed read). That's not a good thing when you're feeling overwhelmed and low. Sorry about that. I really hope you get through the books you need to read!
Hey girlie!! Glad to hear about your job responses, and I hope it all works out! I'm sure it will, especially because now you have new pants...LOL!!! Reading can be hard sometimes, I just force myself to sit down and do it sometimes...even if its only for 10 minutes a day, its a start! I had three books to read also, and I couldn't get motivated to read...once I started reading like 10 minutes a day, in about 3 days I was so hooked on the book I couldn't put it down, and I was finished it in about a week!!!
