GUESS WHAT???

So I got a phone message this morning, and it turns out that ACE BURPEE is coming to my Brave the Shave!! Those of you who don't know who that is, he is a famous radio host from Winnipeg, and he's on every morning on hot103 fm. He's super funny, and my co-worker Connie is pretty much in love with him!
I emailed him about a week ago, and hopefully he'll say something on the radio for me, and that way I may be able to get more pledges for the cause. I'm super pumped!! Also, any of the women who read this are welcome to come and support me when I Brave the Shave. It's at the Curves on Lakewood, on October 30 at 12:00pm.

Brave the Shave

I unfortunately have no website, sorry Irene!! But I what I can do is give out my email, and whoever wants to pledge me can email me and I'll send them my mailing address. I know it's confusing, but it's better than nothing...right??

Fall

I do hate that summer is over, but I have to admit, I really love fall! I love the smell, the colors, and the way the leaves sound crunching beneath my feet! I love Thanksgiving and eating pumpkin pie, and I absolutely love Halloween!! Call me a child, but I always have! I love to dress up and see other people's costumes! I wish someone would put on a Halloween party! I would but I have a very small apartment with little room for people! I think another reason I love it is because my birthday is the day before and I get two really fun days in a row!
As far as my jobs go, I really love working at Curves! I've trained a few people on the machines, and I did one Figure Analysis which is introducing someone to Curves and signing them up. Starbucks is getting a little harder to go to. We got a new manager and he's awesome, it's just the non-stop working. Having two jobs is harder than I thought, but I'm pretty sure I'll be able to handle it until April.
As some of you may know, I'm doing a fundraiser called Brave the Shave, which involves shaving my head for pledges to the Breast Cancer Foundation. I'm going to be doing it on my 25 birthday which is October 30th, and it will be at Curves at noon. My goal is $10,000, but unfortunately I only have $700 so far. If any of my readers has any ideas on how to raise more, shoot me a message!! I'll take anything! I measured my hair the other day, and its 24 inches long. I'm super nervous because it took me 10 years to grow it this long, but hopefully I have a nice head! My sister does, so the odds are good! I'll need to purchase a lot of toques because it will be cold this winter!!
Peace out!
